Personal Trainer · Morges · 20+ years
Health & Movement Coach · Personal Trainer Morges
From the corporate world to real life — in 2003, I left everything for Australia and found my calling: inspiring people to move, feel well, and live more fully.
Since 2012 in Morges, my outdoor studio has welcomed clients from all walks of life — fitness, weight loss, chronic pain, sports performance. Always outdoors. Always 1-on-1. Always built around you.
« It's all about YOU. Zero judgement, zero pressure — your pace, your goals, your progress. »
My journey
1995 — 2003
Years in the corporate world — management, meetings, suits. I learned discipline and rigour. But something was missing. In 2003, the tie became too tight. I left everything with no plan and no destination.
2003 — 2008
In Australia I found my calling — inspiring people to be more active and live more balanced lives. First international certifications in Personal Training & Wellness. I travelled to meet the world's best specialists in rehabilitation, biomechanics, elite conditioning and movement neurology.
2008 — 2012
Deep certifications: Postural Restoration, Trigger Point Therapy, Myokinematic Restoration, McGill Ultimate Back Performance, Master Functional Trainer. Building a solid scientific foundation around human movement.
2012
I founded iMove-Fit.ch in Morges and created the OutdoorGym.ch concept — Switzerland's first outdoor personal training studio. Starting with group sessions, then exclusively premium 1-on-1 coaching. The response was immediate.
2012 — 2020
Six years of deep study in nutrition — developing what I call "common-sense nutrition". Alongside this: bio-magnetism, Reiki, Applied Movement Neurology, quantum neurology. In 2020, developing an Online Health & Lifestyle Coaching concept.
2021 — today
Animal Flow Instructor Level 1 & 2, Chong Yuan Qi Gong levels 1-4, Universal Healing Tao. Integrating these practices into a more fluid, natural, complete approach to movement. BeStrong·MoveFree and the Movement Retreats come to life. The journey continues.
My approach
The human body was designed to move outdoors. Sunlight, fresh air, natural ground — these are part of the training, not just the setting.
No machines, no empty repetitions. Natural movement patterns — strength, mobility, coordination, balance — that transfer directly into real life.
The goal isn't to be the most muscular person in the room at 30. It's to be agile, strong, free and full of energy at 60, 70, 80. Move well. For a long time.
