This Privacy Policy applies to all websites and services operated by OutdoorGym.ch Sàrl, across its three brands: outdoorgym.ch / imove-fit.ch (in-person coaching), bestrongmovefree.com (online subscriptions) and movement-retreat.com (wellness retreats).
1. Who we are
OutdoorGym.ch Sàrl is a Swiss company based in the canton of Vaud, Switzerland. We provide health and movement coaching services, online and in person, as well as wellness retreats. All data is processed in accordance with Swiss law (nFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we collect
We only collect data necessary to provide our services:
- Contact information — name, email address, phone number, when you fill in a contact form, sign up for a programme, or book a retreat
- Payment information — processed securely via Stripe. We never store card details on our servers
- Retreat booking data — allergies, medical contraindications, emergency contact, only where necessary for organising the stay
- Usage data — anonymised visit statistics via our hosting provider Infomaniak and/or Google Analytics
- Communication data — emails and messages you send us
3. How we use your data
- To deliver the services, subscriptions and retreats you have purchased or booked
- To respond to your enquiries
- To send you information about our programmes, if you have opted in
- To organise retreat logistics (allergies, room, transfers)
- To improve our websites and services
- To comply with legal obligations
4. Cookies
Our websites use minimal cookies — only those necessary for the site to function correctly and for anonymous analytics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can manage your preferences at any time via the cookie banner on our sites.
- Essential cookies — necessary for the site to function, cannot be disabled
- Analytics cookies — anonymous visit data, can be declined
5. Third parties
We work with the following trusted service providers who may process your data on our behalf:
- Infomaniak (hosting) — Swiss provider, data stored in Switzerland
- Stripe (payments) — PCI-DSS compliant payment processor
- Brevo (email) — for transactional and marketing emails, where applicable, data hosted in Europe
- Formspree (contact forms) — encrypted processing
- Skool (BeStrong·MoveFree membership platform) — hosts the content and community
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties, and do not use it for advertising on other platforms.
6. Data retention
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet our legal obligations. Contact and purchase data is retained for 10 years in accordance with Swiss accounting law. Contact form enquiries are retained for 3 years. You may request deletion at any time for data not subject to legal retention obligations.
7. Your rights
Under Swiss and EU data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

8. Security
All our websites use HTTPS encryption. Our hosting is provided by Infomaniak, a Swiss company with ISO 27001 certified infrastructure. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
